[PRESS RELEASE] NAKASHIMA Corporation becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of DENZAI group

Tokyo, Japan, 30th May 2023 – DENZAI K.K. (President: Kohki Uemura, Minato-ku, Tokyo) acquired all outstanding shares of Nakajima Unyu Kiko Corporation (President: Ryo Nakashima, Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture), one of the largest companies in the same business in the San-in region, and made it a wholly owned subsidiary.
