  • When disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the user or a third party.
  • Disclosure may cause significant hindrance to the proper conduct of the Company's business.

In the event that the personal information held by the Company is incorrect, Users etc. may request the Company to correct, add to, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "correct, etc.") the personal information in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company. However, requests for correction, etc. may, in principle, be made only to the extent necessary for the Company to fulfill the request.
If the Company receive a request from User, etc. as described in the preceding paragraph and deem it necessary to respond to the request, the Company will correct the relevant personal information without delay, unless there are any of the following circumstances.

  • If the correction, etc. is likely to cause harm to the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the individual concerned or a third party
  • If the correction, etc. is likely to cause significant hindrance to the proper conduct of the Company's business
  • If the correction, etc. would violate any other laws or regulations.

When the Company make a correction based on the above or decide not to make a correction, the Company will notify Users etc. without delay.

If any of the following applies to personal information collected by the Company, the User may request the Company to stop using or delete the personal information (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc."). The customer may request that the Company stop using or delete the personal information (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.").

  • When the Company has handled the personal information of the User, etc. in excess of the purpose of use that has been publicly announced in advance.
  • When the Company has collected the personal information of the User, etc. by wrongful means.

Physical security control measures

  • The Company will use card keys or other means to control access to areas where personal information is handled.
  • Equipment that handles personal information and stored media are managed in a locked area to prevent theft.
  • When personal information is carried, it is stored on external storage media after being protected by passwords, etc.

Technical security control measures

  • Control of access privileges to personal information (limiting the number of persons who have access to personal information (including promptly suspending the privileges of those who have been transferred or resigned), monitoring access (long-term storage of access logs), periodic password changes, access control, etc.).
  • Restrictions on taking personal information out of the company (prohibiting unnecessary storage on external storage media, monitoring e-mail exchanges with persons outside the company, etc.).
